How can I put a birthday or anniversary message on the scoreboard?
Birthday or anniversary messages can be booked on the scoreboard by phoning 1-888-888-5499. Bookings must come two business days before the requested game, and message board space for a given game can sell-out. Cost for each message is $10, and a credit card number is required.
How are contestants picked for intermission contests? Depending on the promotion, contestants are chosen at random by our game night staff. Contestants must have a valid ticket stub to participate, and some age restrictions apply to certain contests.
Where can I go during a game if I have a question or concern?
Our hosts at Guest Services will be happy to answer all your questions at KiXX home games. Guest Services desks are located in the concourse behind section 109 (KiXX Information Booth)
How are performers or acts booked for KiXX games? All in-game performers are booked by the KiXX Game Presentation department. If you are interested in becoming a performer, you may send a demonstration package to:
